Italian and me - March 18, 1996

As I returned to school after many years, more than I would care to admit, I found it to be somewhat frightening. I decided to make my first "trial" class Basic Italian. I had always found it a beautiful language and was always fascinated with its melodious sound.

I never expected to continue with it for four semesters. My classmates have become long time friends and my "Professoressa" is someone who I will remember always.

I plan to finish my studies at CCRI soon, God willing, and I will always cherish my "Italian memories".
